1. PRICING

1.1 All prices displayed in foreign currencies are for reference only and will be converted into Vietnamese Dong (VND) based on the exchange rate at the time of payment. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

1.2 Included in the price:

• Ha Giang border permit fee: 250,000 VND per person (if applicable)

• Payment processing costs (already included in the total price; customers are not required to pay additional fees), including:

  • International card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)

  • Online payments via OnePay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

Not included:

• Personal expenses and services outside the package (e.g. beverages, laundry, optional activities, personal spending, etc.)

1.3 Prices are subject to change depending on conditions. Any updates will be communicated and confirmed with the customer prior to payment.

2. BOOKING

2.1 Bookings can be made via:

• Website: lazycathagiangloop.com

• Email / WhatsApp / social media

2.2 A booking is confirmed only after the deposit has been received. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

2.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate information. Up to two (2) free changes (name, date, number of guests) are allowed.
From the third change onwards, a fee of 5 USD per change will apply to cover operational costs.

3. PAYMENT

3.1 Payment methods:

• Cash (VND): no fee

• Bank transfer (Wise, Revolut): no fee

• International cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay): 3% fee

• OnePay (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay): 4% fee

3.2 A deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival/check-in.

3.3 Full payment must be completed before the tour departure.

3.4 The company is not responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or card issuer fees incurred by the customer.

4. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

4.1 Deposit refund policy:

• More than 10 days before departure: 100% refund

• 4–7 days before departure: 50% refund

• 0–3 days before departure: no refund, as all services have already been arranged

4.2 No-show: no refund will be issued.

4.3 Mid-tour cancellation or early termination: no refund will be provided (except in verified medical cases).

4.4 All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp.

5. CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER / FORCE MAJEURE

5.1 Before departure

In the event of severe weather conditions (storms, heavy rain, landslides, or official safety warnings):

• If the company cancels the tour for safety reasons:
  → Customers will receive a 100% refund or a free date change
  → Bank transfer fees will be shared 50/50 between the customer and the company

• If the customer chooses to cancel:
  → Free date change will be offered
  → Or the cancellation policy in Section 4 will apply

5.2 During the tour

If the tour must be interrupted:

• 50% refund of the unused portion will be provided

• Or support to reschedule the remaining itinerary

5.3 Force majeure situations

Including: storms, landslides, road closures, or government restrictions

The company reserves the right to:

• Adjust the itinerary

• Or terminate the tour early

5.4 Principles

• Customer safety is the top priority

• All decisions are based on real conditions and official recommendations

6. DATE CHANGES

6.1 Free date changes are allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance (changes are free up to the second time; from the third change onwards, a fee of USD 10 per change will apply)
6.2 Please note that if you change your date and request different room types or additional services such as bus tickets, these will be subject to availability at that time.
6.3 All changes must be confirmed in writing

7. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: upon arrival (anytime, subject to availability)

• Check-out: before 12:00

7.1 Check-in instructions will be provided via email/WhatsApp
7.2 Customers must present their booking confirmation
7.3 Reception hours: 08:00 – 22:00

7.4 For tour participants:

• Arrival at least 1 day in advance is recommended

• Includes 1 complimentary dorm night before the tour

8. DEPARTURE DAY SCHEDULE

• Payment completion: at check-in

• Breakfast: 08:30 – 09:30

• Riding practice: 09:00 – 09:30

• Briefing: 09:30 – 10:00

• Departure: 10:00

(Schedule may vary by ±30 minutes)

9. INSURANCE

9.1 Basic travel insurance coverage of up to 200,000,000 VND per person is provided

9.2 Coverage and compensation are subject to the insurance provider’s terms and conditions

10. LUGGAGE

• Complimentary luggage storage is available

• The company is not responsible for loss or damage

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some services are provided by third-party partners. The company is not responsible for their performance or conduct.

12. COMPLAINTS

Complaints will be processed within 3 working days. Force majeure cases will be resolved through mutual agreement.

13. PRIVACY POLICY

• Customer data is used solely for service provision

• Information will not be shared unless necessary

• Customers may request data correction or deletion

• Photos/videos may be used for marketing purposes unless declined

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
Disputes may be resolved through Vietnamese courts or the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).
